Advertising & Marketing Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This Advertising & Marketing Communications Policy explains how DropshipBuys advertises, how we send marketing communications (including bulk email), the choices you have, and the rules that dropshippers and resellers must follow when they market to customers. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
1. Transactional vs. Marketing Messages
We distinguish two kinds of messages:
- Transactional / relationship messages — order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, digital-delivery and activation emails, security and account notices, receipts, and responses to your requests. These are necessary to provide the service and are sent regardless of marketing preferences.
- Marketing messages — promotions, deals, newsletters, recommendations, and similar advertising. You can opt out of these at any time.
2. Bulk Email Policy
When we send marketing email in bulk, every message:
- Clearly identifies DropshipBuys as the sender and is not deceptive in its subject line;
- Includes our legal name and a valid physical postal address;
- Includes a working one-click unsubscribe link (and standards-based one-click unsubscribe headers), which we honor promptly; and
- Is only sent to recipients who have not opted out of marketing email.
We do not send marketing blasts without the required legal identification and unsubscribe mechanism in place. We do not sell your email address, and we do not rent our list to third parties for their own advertising.
3. Your Choices and How to Opt Out
You can control marketing communications as follows:
- Click the unsubscribe link in the footer of any marketing email, or use the one-click unsubscribe offered by your email provider.
- Or email us at [email protected] to be removed from marketing communications.
Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages, which are required to operate your account and complete your orders.
4. Rules for Sellers and Partners
dropshippers and resellers and other partners who use platform tools to communicate with customers must comply with all applicable email, anti-spam, and marketing laws (including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act and, where applicable, CASL and GDPR/ePrivacy rules). They must send only to recipients who are permitted to be contacted, honor opt-out requests, and never use the platform to send unsolicited bulk email, deceptive content, or messages that violate our Acceptable Use Policy. Misuse may result in suspension or termination.
5. On-Site Advertising and Analytics
We may show promotional content, recommendations, and sponsored placements on the platform. We use limited, privacy-respecting analytics to understand site performance; non-essential analytics run only after you consent through our cookie banner, as described in our Cookie Policy. We do not currently embed third-party advertising pixels (such as social-media ad trackers) on the platform, and if that changes we will update our Cookie and Privacy policies accordingly.
6. SMS and Push
If we introduce marketing by SMS or push notification in the future, we will obtain any consent required by law and provide a clear way to opt out (for example, replying STOP or disabling notifications). We do not send bulk marketing SMS today.
