Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out conduct and content that are prohibited on the DropshipBuys platform. It is incorporated into and part of our Terms of Use, and applies to all users, including customers and dropshippers and resellers. Violating it may result in content removal, suspension, termination, and referral to law enforcement.
1. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Break any applicable law or regulation, or facilitate anyone else doing so;
- Engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation, including fake orders or chargeback abuse;
- Manipulate reviews, ratings, rankings, or search results;
- Infringe the intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights of others;
- Upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe or scan the platform's security, or scrape data using automated systems without permission;
- Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse other users or our staff;
- Circumvent fees, payment controls, fraud checks, or digital-delivery/licensing controls;
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one;
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform, its servers, or its networks.
2. Prohibited and Restricted Items
Sellers may not list or sell items that are illegal or that we prohibit, including (without limitation):
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, and drug paraphernalia;
- Weapons, firearms, ammunition, and explosives where prohibited or unlicensed;
- Stolen goods, counterfeit items, or items that infringe intellectual property;
- Hazardous materials and recalled products;
- Items that promote hate, violence, or illegal activity;
- Adult content or services that violate our content rules or applicable law;
- Human remains, endangered species, and other legally restricted goods;
- Any product whose sale requires a license the seller does not hold.
Certain categories may be allowed only with proper licensing, age verification, or compliance with additional rules. We may add to or refine this list at any time.
3. Reporting Violations
If you believe content or conduct on the platform violates this policy, report it to [email protected]. Intellectual-property complaints should follow our DMCA / IP Takedown Policy.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, limiting or suspending accounts, withholding payouts related to violating activity, and cooperating with law enforcement. Enforcement decisions do not waive our right to pursue other remedies.
